The UAA had a great presence during the UNITECH General Assembly week, there were a number of sessions ran by UAA project managers as well as the presentation of some key information from the UAA Council.

UAA president's report

We’re proud and excited to share the UAA President Report with you, an executive summary of the highlights and achievements in the past year.

We believe it’s a testimony of the transformation that the UAA has gone through. As Project Managers, Local Chapter Coordinators and Council Members, we’ve wanted to create the most value for all stakeholder groups in our ecosystem and have started several new initiatives and taken existing ones to the next level.

We invite you to learn about these initiatives in this report, and to discover what’s in store for next year, when we continue our mission to inspire, enable and empower our members to develop an unparalleled edge to lead and create change, so that they can drive positive impact in the world as leaders and change-makers.

UAA Sessions

UAA Sessions | 01 - 03 September 2021

introduction to the uaa

We’ll be putting on dedicated sessions for both Corporate Partners and UNITECH Students, introducing them to the UAA and all related opportunities.

All UNITECH stakeholders, students as well as academic and corporate partners are welcome to this session to learn about the new mentoring initiative U2U, and take part in a peer-mentoring activity.

This event is a workshop for, and together with, the EOY students of 2021 with support from a selected alumni speaker. The event aims to support the EOY students to find their individual “north star” - to live and work with a purpose.

Join us to discuss key topics related to the future of the UAA, including hearing about our new structure. Immediately following this is our Screw-Up Night event which is a great chance to socialise with UAA members from across all year groups and organisations.
