The UNITECH Alumni Association (UAA) is Europe's leading talent network with 1400+ members that have successfully completed the prestigious and highly competitive UNITECH International Leadership Development Programme.
Our members are leaders, change-makers and innovators that continue to push boundaries in today's VUCA world. By default, UNITECH alumni not only possess outstanding technical expertise and appreciation, but also the sensitivity and highly-developed people skills need in order to drive tangible positive impact via collaboration across cultures, functions and industries.

The UAA is run by alumni from the network on a voluntary basis; organised in strategically located Local Chapters across Europe and is part of the wider UNITECH International Society Ecosystem.
